Open Records provides a mechanism for citizens to inspect or copy government records. It also provides for instances in which governmental bodies may elect to, or are required by law to, withhold government records from the public. The Town of Prince's Lakes provides the following ways for you to submit your public information request.
Hand Delivery, Mail or Email
When submitting a request for public records, please download a copy of the form below. You may then submit the Request for Public Access form to the Clerk-Treasurer. Forms can be emailed to the Clerk-Treasurer, hand delievered or mailed to Town Hall.
